Privacy notice
This site is small and so is this notice. It covers what we collect, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message.
Why we collect it
We use these details to answer your request. That means reading your note, writing back, setting up a call if you want one, and preparing the supply survey you asked for. We do not use them for anything else, and we do not add you to a list.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us with a follow-up question, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Only the people here who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them to anyone.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit. The fonts on these pages load from Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical information any web request carries.
Stopping contact and deleting your details
Reply "stop" to anything we send and we will not contact you again. To ask us to delete what we hold about you, or to see a copy of it, write to rebecca.jackson@utilitiespipeline.co or send a note through the contact form. We will confirm once it is done.
Changes
If the way we handle your details changes, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
